Engine Rebuilding

Our core speciality. We carry out full engine rebuilds on petrol and diesel engines across all makes and models. Every rebuild includes a complete strip-down, thorough inspection, precision measurement, machining coordination where required, and reassembly to manufacturer tolerances. All rebuilt engines are run-in and tested before being returned to the vehicle.
Engine Reconditioning
Restore worn or damaged engines to full working condition without a complete rebuild.
Where a full rebuild isn't required, engine reconditioning can restore performance and reliability. We assess the engine thoroughly and carry out targeted work — replacing worn components, re-sealing, and addressing specific failures - to bring the engine back to a reliable working condition at a lower cost than a full rebuild.
Turbocharger Repair & Replacement
Diagnosis, repair and replacement of turbocharger units on petrol and diesel vehicles.
Turbocharger failures are one of the most common causes of power loss and excessive smoke. We diagnose the root cause - whether it's oil starvation, bearing failure, or boost leaks - and carry out the appropriate repair or replacement. We also address the underlying cause to prevent repeat failures.
Timing Chain & Belt
Timing chain replacement, tensioner repair and timing belt renewal across all makes.
Timing chain and belt failures can cause catastrophic engine damage. We carry out timing chain replacements, tensioner and guide renewals, and timing belt services across a wide range of vehicles. If you're hearing a rattle on start-up or your vehicle has high mileage, don't delay - get it checked.

Vehicle Servicing
Full and interim services to keep your vehicle running reliably and maintain its value.
Regular servicing is the best way to protect your vehicle and avoid costly repairs. We carry out full and interim services to manufacturer schedules, using quality oils and filters. All services include a thorough vehicle health check so you know exactly what condition your vehicle is in.
Brakes
Brake pad, disc, caliper and brake fluid replacement for all makes and models.
Your brakes are your most important safety system. We carry out brake pad and disc replacement, caliper servicing and replacement, brake fluid renewal, and handbrake adjustments. We only use quality parts and always road-test after completion to ensure everything is working correctly.
Suspension & Steering
Shock absorbers, springs, bushes, ball joints and steering components replaced.
Worn suspension components affect handling, tyre wear and ride comfort. We diagnose and replace shock absorbers, coil springs, control arm bushes, ball joints, anti-roll bar links, and steering components. All work is followed by a wheel alignment check to ensure correct geometry.
Clutch Replacement
Clutch kit replacement including flywheel inspection and dual-mass flywheel renewal.
A slipping or juddering clutch needs attention before it leaves you stranded. We replace clutch kits on manual vehicles across all makes and models, including flywheel inspection and resurfacing or replacement where required. Dual-mass flywheel (DMF) replacement is also available.
Cooling System
Radiator, water pump, thermostat and coolant hose repair and replacement.
Overheating is one of the quickest ways to cause serious engine damage. We diagnose and repair cooling system faults including radiator replacement, water pump renewal, thermostat replacement, coolant hose renewal, and head gasket repair. We also carry out cooling system flushes and pressure tests.
Air Conditioning
Air conditioning regas, repair and full system service for all vehicles.
Air conditioning systems lose refrigerant over time and can develop faults that reduce effectiveness. We carry out air conditioning regassing, leak detection, compressor replacement, and full system servicing. We use the correct refrigerant for your vehicle and test the system thoroughly after completion.
General Mechanical Repairs
All other mechanical repairs - if it's mechanical, we can fix it.
Beyond our specialist services, we handle the full range of general mechanical repairs. From exhaust systems and fuel system repairs to gearbox work and electrical faults — if it's mechanical, our experienced team can diagnose and fix it. We're the garage you call when others say they can't help.
